Howard Tenens Adds Bridgwater to the Group’s Logistics and Property Portfolio.
Howard Tenens has acquired a strategically located warehouse at Huntworth Business Park, close to Junction 24 of the M5.
The property is to be extensively refurbished and will provide opportunities for those seeking a supply chain solution to service the South West corridor.
Our newest facility provides a pivotal distribution hub and reflects our dedication in providing customers with good quality facilities and excellent access to key transportation routes.
Encompassing over 120,000 square feet, with 14 dock levellers and extensive yard space, the Bridgwater facility offers ample opportunity for growth in the Southwest region and is intrinsically linked to the wider Howard Tenens network, consisting of over 4.4m square feet of warehousing across the UK.
