At Howard Tenens Logistics, we are proud to provide a dedicated wellbeing and engagement programme that is designed to support and offer some fantastic benefits to all of our employees. At the very heart of our commitment to the wellbeing of our workforce is our partnership with Canada Life and it’s ‘WeCare’ scheme. With ‘WeCare’, Howard Tenens Logistics’ employees (and their families) have an extensive range of support facilities available to them. From 24/7 UK-based online GP services, to mental health counselling, a get fit programme and access to legal and financial support, the ‘WeCare’ scheme is provided via a simple app and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
At Howard Tenens Logistics we some excellent benefits available to all of our employees. We have an internal intranet – HTHub, where all of our exciting communications are issued to the business. Investing in our people
We have developed an internal Learning and Development scheme that is available to all employees across the business. These L & D opportunities cater for the wide variety of roles we have within the business and cover a multitude of skills, topics and methods of training within our programme and continually develop this based on feedback from all of our employees and Managers.
Our aim is to provide choices and opportunities to each individual so we can assist with their short and long term career goals and we will continue to expand and grow our L&D programme to continue to support our employees.
