Dear Customer
I sincerely hope that you had a great Christmas & New Year.
You will note that our last communication was only a couple of weeks ago, since then and following the Prime Minister’s update, we find ourselves in a more strict National Lockdown situation.
As has been the case since the outset, we retain our ‘Key Worker’ status and as such remain committed to providing great service to all of our customers. We remain equally committed to ensuring our colleagues can continue to attend work in the knowledge that their safety remains our top priority.
We have already taken a number of additional steps that see us restricting any internal travel to other sites; requesting that some of our colleagues work from home where their role allows; the introduction of our Covid Marshalls across our operational sites further ensure that we are adhering to both the latest Government advice alongside our own internal measures, to detail a few.
With that in mind we are reiterating that under the present circumstances we will continue to avoid any external visitors from attending our sites, I am sure you will understand that this remains for the protection of our teams and potential visitors. If you had any visits planned in the coming weeks please do speak to the relevant Divisional Manager to discuss alternate arrangements. We also understand that the current situation provides a great deal of uncertainty, if you have any concerns regarding your ongoing requirements please do not hesitate to get in touch with us, in the first instance this should again be through the relevant site Divisional Manager.
