WHAT DOES YOUR JOB ENTAIL AT HOWARD TENENS LOGISTICS?
As HR Advisor, my day-to-day duties involve supporting line managers, as well as providing support on projects including recruitment, learning and development; and engagement.
WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR WORK DO YOU ENJOY MOST?
The favourite part of my role is dealing with our employees and helping them in all situations. This can be from difficult ones through to nice ones in which they are being promoted.
DOES THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY OFFER EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL?
Traditionally, logistics has always been a male dominated environment, but this is changing and Howard Tenens Logistics is playing its part in this.
HOW IMPORTANT IS THE COMPANY’S APPROACH TO DIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE?
Very important. We want everyone at Howard Tenens Logistics to feel included and comfortable when they come to work every day.
