What is your role at Howard Tenens Logistics?
I am responsible for the day-to-day-running on the coffee network.
What is the best thing about working here?
The flexibility and the family feel that we have on-site and the ability to share best practices and ideas. This makes it a really great place to work.
It must be challenging bringing up a young family whilst having a busy work schedule?
I’ve got two young children and I find that Howard Tenens Logistics really supports my personal life. I can come in and work the hours I require and, as long as I do the job to the best of my ability, there are no questions asked. That makes me feel really safe and secure and gives me the ability to know that I can provide for my family.
Does the company offer real career prospects?
I would highly recommend working at Howard Tenens Logistics. It’s a fun place to work with a family vibe and very flexible in its approach. We have lots of contracts across many different sites, so you have the ability to choose different career paths and that’s very exciting. You can try warehouse, admin, the driving of the trailers – there’s lot of different avenues to go down.
