Ashby Purchase Marks Silver Celebration for Tenens

 

In its 25th year, Howard Tenens purchases 15 acres of land from Granada TV at Ashby De La Zouch.   
   

 

Situated 8 miles from the M1, 22 miles from M6 and 6 miles from the M42, the site at Ashby at junction 13 off the A42(M) provides Howard Tenens with a strategic presence in the Leceistershire area which is a prime trading location and compliments its other distribution depots in UK.

 

The site offers both warehousing and office space totalling circa 150,000 square feet. The site at Ashby De La Zouch brings the entire Howard Tenens portfolio to approximately 3 million square feet of warehousing space in UK.

Howard Tenens will establish an operating centre on the site by the end of this year providing a fully integrated logistics solution for both existing and new customers. Our USP, as a Company, which is particularly relevant in the current economic climate, is one of flexibility and competitiveness.

 

Group Sales & Marketing Director, Ben Morris, says “The projected turnover for Howard Tenens, which is privately owned, is £75 million this year and we are delighted with the continued expansion of the Company.
